LE&CMPA offers a variety of different job insurance options at competitive rates well suited for individuals in all crafts for unionized transportation employees. LE&CMPA, in 2007, paid claims totaling over $13.5 million to its policy holders.

Some policies offer a $50, 000.00, on duty or off duty, Accidental Death benefit coupled with a $5,000.00 or $7500.00 Accidental Death Benefit for a named Beneficiary over 18 years of age. LE&CMPA unlike BR&CF and CPA is covered under the insurance laws and insurance commissioner of the state of Michigan. This gives the added security of if a claim is denied for payment the final appeal will be decided by this Commissioner, where as under By-Laws there isnt this added layer of protection.
